Lhasa. Barkhor - Jokhang
Barkhor Street is located in the old area of Lhasa City and surrounding the Jokhang Temple. Barkhor is the oldest street in Tibet, symbol of Lhasa and tourists´ attraction as it shows the original look of the city. Although Barkhor street is a busy shopping place it preserves religious atmosphere and you can see their many pilgrims making their way to Jokhang Temple.
