Faneuil Hall Market Place also known as quincy market. Was built in 1724 by Peter Faneuil, a wealthy merchant from Boston. Faneuil Hall was expanded in 1826 to include Quincy Market. Today it’s Boston´s central meeting, shopping, and entertainment place. Sometimes it’s also called “a cradle of liberty” as it provided platform for country´s most famous orators. Comments |
