The Barkhor is the innermost street circling the Jokhang. The street seen here is (I think) the next street outward. It no longer looks quite like this. Because the Barkhor itself is lined with tourist stalls, most of the Tibetan local produce vendors have moved to this street.

hahha man i remember this lake... me and some people went at like 3 am and we tiped each others boats...lol and we could flip them over after so we had to swim from the middle of the lake to the shore..lmao....i love it there cant wait to go theere again
